Delivery and 'Click & Collect' Policy

Items purchased on coolminedecor.ie can be delivered within our delivery area within 1 - 3 business days.

However during busy periods or times of high demand, this may take slightly longer.

We will endeavour to inform you if your delivery will take longer than 3 working days.

All orders are picked and delivered by our own staff and drivers. Please note you must be available at the address you provided in your order to sign for and receive your package. All deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years of age or older at the chosen delivery address, at which time the products become your sole responsibility.

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by European law.

All customers have the right to receive the goods no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, unless for some reason an alternative date has been agreed. However, in the unlikely event that the goods are not delivered within this time frame, we advise contacting us as soon as possible to arrange another date for delivery that is suitable for you, or at this point you also have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund due to the delay. Whereby the contract is cancelled due to delay in excess of 30 days, we are obliged to refund you any money that you have paid for products within 14 days of cancellation.
